William Murdock
I'm an Economics PhD student at Harvard University whose research focuses on inequality in the American education and criminal justice systems. I will be on the academic job market in the 2022-23 academic year.
Previously, I was a policy advisor for U.S. Senator Chris Murphy (2020-21), a research analyst at the Education Innovation Laboratory at Harvard University (2014-16), and a research assistant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston (2013-14). I triple majored in economics, mathematics, and interdisciplinary physics at the University of Michigan.
I grew up on a pheasant preserve and have delivered numerous litters of German Shorthaired Pointers.
